Our training centre

At We One, we place a significant emphasis on training, recognising it as a cornerstone in maintaining our high standards of service.

Our training institute is a dedicated, SIRA-accredited facility. Not only do we train our team through this institute, we also provide training courses and SIRA certifications for other security firms in the United Arab Emirates.

The course material includes the laws of the country, emergency response, crime scene reaction training, effective patrolling, managing access control systems, search and rescue training, first aid and crowd control, amongst many.

Our constant upskilling and refresher training sessions ensure that our security personnel are always at the top of their game.
